1 Ordering & Minimums
To maintain the artisanal quality and logistical efficiency of our distribution, Pure Bee enforces strict Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ). Initial wholesale orders require a minimum purchase value of $500.00 USD. Reorders carry a minimum of $250.00 USD. Orders must be placed in case quantities (typically 12 units per case, varying by SKU). We reserve the right to reject orders that do not meet these criteria.
2 Pricing & Payments
Approved wholesale accounts will receive pricing based on our current wholesale catalog. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though we strive to provide 30 days written notice. Standard payment terms are Net 30 for established accounts with approved credit. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and business checks. A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to overdue balances.
3 Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are FOB Origin from our processing facility. The buyer assumes risk of loss once the carrier accepts the shipment. Lead times are typically 5-7 business days from order confirmation, excluding transit time. Expedited processing may be available upon request for an additional fee.
